We are excited to announce that the 2025 Metro Speech-Language Symposium Pre-Conference and Conference will be virtual!

Due to the dramatic increases in food, venue and speaker costs, as well as inflation, we have decided to make the Pre-Conference and Conference virtual rather than raising the registration cost. This allows us to continue to meet our mission of providing the highest quality continuing education events that are still affordable and accessible.

Metro Speech-Language Network events are annual continuing education opportunities for school SLPs & SLPAs. We strive to be affordable and provide the highest quality event. To continue to make our events affordable and accessible, we have decided that our 2025 event will be virtual.

Compared to other events, we offer more continuing education hours, as well as high quality speakers and topics geared toward the public school SLP & SLPA.

The Metro Speech-Language Symposium is a two day conference.

Pre-Conference is on Friday 8am -3-3:30pm. This is one price and one certificate of attendance after you complete your. reflection.

Conference is on Friday late afternoon (4-4:30pm ish) into the evening and all day on Saturday. This is one price and one certificate of attendance after you complete your reflection.

Graduate credit and continuing education hours are available for both.

The Pre-Conference is.5 graduate credits and the Conference is 1 graduate credit from Adams State University for an additional fee. This is not mandatory. You will receive a certificate for Pre-Conference for 7.5 continuing education hours and/or for Conference 15 continuing education hours. You will receive a certificate for each one. If you attend both, you will receive 2 certificates totaling 22.5 continuing education hours.
